AGLER

For owners

Selling a business is not simply a financial decision. What makes the decision hard often has little to do with price.

Your employees. They built the company. We are not buying a business in order to consolidate it. We expect the existing team to stay. When and how they hear about a sale is your call.

Your name. For most owners the company and their own reputation are the same thing. We intend to keep the name, the relationships, and the standards that earned them.

The day after closing. Some owners are ready to be done. Others are not sure who they are without the business. Both are normal, and the structure should follow from it.

Confidentiality and timing. Nothing moves faster than you want it to. We limit information requests early, will sign a confidentiality agreement, and speak with employees, customers, or lenders only when the time is right.

You will speak directly with the principals who would own the business. If the fit is not right, we will let you know promptly.
