• Industry: Industrial products, specialty distribution, consumer durables and scalable business services.
• Customers: Relationships held by the company derived by the quality of its products and services.
• Size: Revenue of +$2 million, EBITDA $500,000–$2 million, with flexibility for fit.
• Financial profile: Consistent earnings, healthy cash conversion, high return on capital, limited debt.
• Team: Capable management running day-to-day operations, limited owner dependence.
• Real estate: Owned or strategic property is attractive but not required.
